Using Suspension Training Workout To Develop Strong Core Muscles

The suspension training workout is a unique way to build muscle strength, specifically from the lower body. The name suspension training stems from the way that the resistance is arranged on the equipment; in this case, a series of webbing and ropes are known as a “Suspension Trainer” is used to enable users to work against the force of their body weight when they perform push-ups, sit-ups or chin-ups exercises.
