No Equipment Workouts: How To Get A Great Workout Without The Hassle

No equipment workout is a great way to get in a good workout without going to the gym or using any special equipment. You can do most of these workouts right at home with no problem. All you need is a little bit of space and some motivation!

Here are a few workouts to try:
The first workout is a simple cardio routine. You can do this anywhere, and all you need is some space to move around in. Start by warming up with a light jog or walk for five minutes. Then, perform the following exercises for one minute each:

-Jumping Jacks
-Mountain Climbers
-Jump Ropes (if available)
-Squats
-Burpees

Try this one if you’re looking for a challenging no equipment workout. It’s excellent for building strength and endurance. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next one. Complete three rounds of the circuit.

Finishing with a five-minute light jog or walk is Optional but highly recommended!
