If it’s your first trip to Paris, there are some must see sights. On everyone’s list is the Louvre, one of the largest and most visited museums in the world, and home to much more than just the Mona Lisa. The Eiffel Tower of course, can’t be missed, and some of the best views of the city are enjoyed from the second level, rather than the very top. Notre Dame cathedral can still be enjoyed from the outside, and a stroll along the elegant shopping street, the Champs Elysees is also on most itineraries. The Montmartre area retains its artistic and Bohemian atmosphere, and the Pere Lachaise Cemetery attracts millions of visitors each year. Visiting Paris is all about experiences too; a boat ride on the Seine, a cup of coffee at a pavement café, or an evening spent in one of many jazz clubs.
