A Land Tensure Gives Ownership Rights Over Land

The ownership of land has always been of great importance in all countries and has been a strong point in society for determining a person’s identity and economic standing.

A land tensure system or tenure system has been around for centuries and can vary depending on the culture, religion, and country. It makes for an order, often laid down in documents that determine how much land a person can live, work, and own. It controls the wealth of persons and their rights.

Land tenure can assign land to a private party or group of people, commercial entities, and other organizations and gives them exclusive rights to the way the land is used. Land tenure can also be communal, belong to the state, or in certain cases, when rights are not given to any party, will allow open access to everybody who has access to it.
